CandyFX provides digital software products and subscription services. Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
By purchasing CandyFX products or subscriptions, you agree to this Refund Policy.
CandyFX plugins are digital downloads. Once a plugin has been downloaded or activated, it is generally not eligible for refund.
However, refunds may be granted at CandyFX’s discretion in cases where the software fails to function as described, a duplicate purchase occurred, a billing error occurred, or the purchase was made accidentally and support is contacted promptly.
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
CandyFX subscriptions provide access to software and updates during the subscription period.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and no additional billing will occur.
CandyFX may offer trial versions of plugins so customers can evaluate the software before purchasing.
Because trials are available, purchases made after using the trial version are typically not eligible for refund unless there is a technical issue.
If you experience technical issues with CandyFX software, please contact support before requesting a refund.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, CandyFX may issue a refund at its discretion.
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently using your payment method, please contact us immediately.
CandyFX may request verification before processing a refund.
CandyFX reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases where the software has been extensively used, repeated refund requests are made, or the policy is being abused.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting CandyFX support first, CandyFX reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user account and revoke software licenses associated with the purchase.
We strongly encourage customers to contact support so issues can be resolved quickly.
